Kimberly R. Taylor has a very strong background in the fields of Accounting and Management. As General Manager of the Cherokee Roofing Company in Knoxville, Tennessee, she successfully converted one and a half years of previous business to accounting software. Being also responsible for all parts of the sales process, Kimberly managed the scheduling and quote preparation as well as inspection.

In 1996, she started her bookkeeping company called Kimberlyte Services where she serviced several low to medium volume businesses. Her services included the set up of the initial Chart of Accounts which at times meant extensive reconstruction of previous and unrecorded business activity, Accounts Payable as well as Receivables, Inventory Analysis and Control, Payroll and Tax Preparation among other things. Her expertise, time and effort streamlined business operations and increased profit margins for her clients.

As President and Owner of ProAct P.E.O., LLC. Kimberly applied her organizational skills to carefully and successfully complete the creation and implementation of Internal Policies and Procedures as well as create a company budget, manage all aspects of Human Resource and Accounting Functions. In this new phase of Kimberly’s career, she worked directly with insurance companies and acted as the primary liaison between ProAct and its actual and prospective clients.

Further expanding her base of business knowledge, Kimberly R. Taylor became President and Owner of Tailored Business. She was able to apply the invaluable experience of her previous business ventures and redefine both ProAct and Tailored Business. By combining the services of the two companies, Kimberly created a new and unique company, offering highly valuable and competitive essential business services. Again she administered Employee Benefits and Accounting responsibilities that included, but were not limited to, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Daily G/L Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll, Employment Tax Reporting and Remittance and preparation of the company’s financial statements.

Kimberly has substantial experience with various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, a variety of databases and DOS programs, as well as Windows 9x/NT and Back Office Small Business Server.

Since graduating from the University of Tennessee, Kimberly R. Taylor has continued to gain substantial experience and combine it with her talents to create vast opportunities not only for the business community, but for individuals as well.
